نقول من تاني للمرة الاف وواحد واحد الداخلية تتلغي تماما اتنين رخص القيادة والسيارات تذهب لوزارة النقل تلاتة الجوازات والبطاقات تذهب لهيئة الاحوال المدنية وهذه تتبع مجلس الوزراء مباشرة وتكون مدنية اربعة امن الدولة "اقصد" الامن الوطني كل ملفاته تذهب للامن القومي ويتحاكموا كلهم ضباط وافراد لانهم كلهم بدون استثناء اجرموا في حق الشعب كاه الشرطة تكون جهاز محلي تابع لكل محافظة وتكون مهمته العمل الشرطي والمرور والسجون ويتبع المحافظ يارب حد يسمع ويرد عليا
I think he is right. This the way in the USA. The police force is local and part of every state. This way they never get too big to be controlled by the people. The head is the Sherif and that is it, no more Police Generals, Police Colonels, etc. .. those are too big to be controlled.

It is doable. But, not this time & age. And, when its done, we'd have to have the "Amn Watany" which would equal then the FBI!
The current social mentality requires a police force not a civil duty. Since, basically, ppl are not quite civic to start with.
